Successfully defended my dissertation today, meaning I am one step closer to graduating! Many thanks to my support system and my mentor April Smith for helping me reach this milestone. In related news, I will be completing my pre doctoral internship at UC San Diego as well!

So proud to receive the APA dissertation research award to continue my work investing risk factors for Muscle Dysmorphia! Incredibly grateful to have received such strong mentorship from @REDSLabAuburn and to be able to receive funding to research such an understudied disorder.
We are thrilled to announce that @WillGrunewald was awarded a $5,000 APA Dissertation Research Award to support his dissertation, "Testing Interoceptive Dysfunction as a Facilitator for Muscle Dysmorphia Symptoms." Such well-deserved recognition for Will's past and future work!

So happy that this is finally available! It was a pleasure to expand my writing outside of the ‘typical’ research sphere and be able to bridge the gap between research and practice. Many thanks to my coauthors and supervisors! @REDSLabAuburn @DrTiffanyABrown.
