Following the events of 'Old Iron' in 1954, Edward was sent away to be rebuilt. While he was gone, an engine borrowed from the Eastern Region of the Other Railway ran the line. #STMY

Looking at it again, neither the J50 or the Victory feel right for Lewis.
Since I started this poll, it's been brought to my attention there's at least one instance of a Victory class being used for passenger trains in real life. Which changes things a bit. My initial thought was that a Victory would suit the character, and it seems there is precedent.

Okay folks. I need a second opinion. I have a character planned whose backstory involves taking over Edward's branchline for a few months, after 'Old Iron'. Was planning a Kerr Stuart Victory, but can't see it working passenger trains. Thinking of a J50 instead. Your thoughts?.

As some of you may have seen, I've done a new model of @shunter_86's OC, Nigel. Given what that locomotive class was nicknamed, I couldn't resist putting him in this livery.
