‼️‼️ BIRD NERD POST ‼️‼️ I had an email yesterday telling me that there was a Great Northern Diver over on Scotmans. I’ve never seen one before as they’re winter migrants that mainly hang around the coast. This one’s been lucky enough to land in Wigan 😂

I requested an email confirming this on Monday then I could contact the energy ombudsman and Quewen in complaints said he would send this then call me yesterday. I’ve had no email and no phone call. @ScottishPower @EnergyOmbudsman

Hi @ScottishPower - Still waiting for someone to call me about a complaint. You emailed me demanding £299 last week, someone rang me on Monday and said you’ve been supplying my energy since 2014 even though I bought my first house in 2022 have been with OVO since.
