Fault update from Internet Solutions: Services: ADSL and FTTH LOCATION: Parklands /GRADE OF SERVICE IMPACT: Major SERVICE IMPACT: Increased latency and Packet loss UPDATE: Contractors are in the process of exposing the damaged cable. Further updates to follow as they progress.
