RIP to the legendary Phil Lesh. A Berkeley native and one of the founding members of The Grateful Dead who played here in Monterey May 9-10, 1987. They returned for their final visit to the raceway July 29-31, 1988. Thank you Phil. What a long, strange trip it’s been.
