MSL / Habs brass doing it right. playing the long game. Winning is helping. Affording the luxury of running with players (namely Kapanen & Xhejai) who are given a lot grace with their mistakes. They have the chance to 'pop' / put it all together at some point (playoffs?)

GMs need to catch lightning in a bottle. Once your core is establish, its essential to attract secondary players that may catch fire at the right moment in time. Texier could be (is) that. Kapanen could take a massive leap next year. Xhejai ... the list goes on, on this team.
