Rowing Tip # 4: Maintain a light grip on the handle Hold the handle at the widest part, palms facing down, and make sure you maintain a light grip on the handle during the stroke. No need for a death grip on the handle! #waterrower #rowingtip

Assembled the @WaterRower yesterday and did three 10-minute sessions today. I love it. Starting slow, but I think I made a good choice with rowing.
