Awesome HLT clinic today with @Wass_Strength and my Team! Highlights for me were working different arm angles with my throwing progression for both middle infield and outfield while peaking my overland velo to 54mph! In August my PR was 51. Growing stronger every season! 💪🏻 #HLT
