This is fascinating. Usually local op-ed pages are full of national politics. Here's the opposite, existing beside the (let's say controversial) Opinion page at the Post. My take? A clear investment in, and acknowledgement of, the value of local op-ed page content.

A multibillion-dollar electronic system seeks to boost medical care for veterans across VA’s network. Some medical providers say glitches put patients at risk.
