So #unitedAIRLINES sent a tweet asking me to PM them with my confirmation number. I sent it, and I get the same auto response from them. Where's the customer service?

#unitedAIRLINES won't get our bags for us. Told them my son needs a bedtime pull up from our bag, and doesn't have a change of clothes if he wets the bed tonight. They still won't help me out. Ridiculous!! I'm not one to complain, but come on!

Update. Aftr being on hold for 2 hrs,my wife was told our bag's there and culd be pickd up. I go back to the airport at 11pm only to be told they will not get bags for us. Told them my young son needs a nighttime pull up and if he pees tonight he has no clothes. They didn't care

#unitedAIRLINES has cancelled a ton of flights at Newark with not one employee able to tell us what's happening, or when we can retrieve our bags. What a nightmare! Never flying #unitedAIRLINES again.
