NO MORE PERMANENT CIVIL SERVANT WILL BE APPOINTED, FROM 1 FEB 2024 ONWARDS.
This will only affect the younger generation,
while the MPs and older generation continue to enjoy promotion and pension scheme.

At this moment orang dah tak pikir “career progression”. Org akan pikir how to survive from month to month
77 hours per week. Average 11 hours a day without holiday. Almost RM 8k per month. This is why young people don't want to work in office anymore. RM 2k per month vs this? Obvious choice. Of course it's not sustainable, but if you need the money now, this is really attractive.
