At this point I'm forced to only use 2 out of the 3 vouchers that I have. I still have 1 voucher left now that needs to be used but honestly this has been absolute garbage @HawaiianAir and even though I am a Pualani Platinum member it doesn't even matter bc this experience was💩

I am now being asked to give the voucher numbers all over again and at this point I explained to her that there have been so many vouchers emailed to me and my husband in the last hour I literally don't even know which voucher is valid anymore and I cannot take this anymore

At this point I ask to speak to a manager & am put on hold for 10+ min to find a manager bc it seems like only 1 person works at @HawaiianAir at all times. A manager comes on and ofc has NO record whatsoever of what literally happened 5 min ago with the other employee

I can't use all 3 vouchers at the same time bc their system can only allow 3 forms of payment per passenger. So if you use two vouchers + a credit card, that's 3 forms of payment. Or 3 vouchers, that's 3. It literally says on the website that you can use 3 vouchers/passenger

Now that I finally have the valid vouchers I start paying for the new ticket with the lady on the phone and I am then put on hold for another 20 minutes & at the end of the wait am told that I can't use all 3 vouchers at the same time. Why not? The answer is precious

Why? They sent the new vouchers to a 100% wrong email address (my husbands). It takes another 20 minutes to realize they were sent to my husband who then forwards them to me bc of course @HawaiianAir cannot access their own vouchers by themselves

I then get told that bc I tried using the vouchers online and they didn't go through, I've now invalidated the vouchers completely and have to get all new vouchers. And of course I am then put on hold for another 30 minutes to get a new vouchers. The new vouchers never arrive

First of all, why the hell can't @HawaiianAir access their own travel vouchers that they have created and provided to others themselves? And why do they make the vouchers so damn complicated to use with 10+ digit codes and 6 digit pins? My story continues

Booking a new ticket, I tried to use the 3 vouchers through the online system but ofc it didn't work so I had to call customer service and ofc these travel vouchers are several digits long that have to be spoken out slowly to the person on the phone so it basically takes forever

Wow. What an incredibly painful experience with @HawaiianAir customer service. I have 3 travel vouchers that were given to me bc 1) our flight for our Honeymoon got completely cancelled without any reason whatsoever and 2) my seat did not recline properly at all
