Re-syped our cave, Crystal 67, for winter 2024. It'll be the third season this lone water ranger will spend slurping water 150 meters under a giant sequoia forest. This time, we also got to take our lab's undergrads (Jocelyn and Branden) with us! Expect their work @theAGU 24

Syp has been pioneering remote water sampling since 2020. Since then our early-adopters have had remarkable successes, but also setbacks as we've learned Syp's limits. We're pleased to announce that we've been taking our learnings from these early deployments, and are now in
Nothing like changing 58 vials in 4C air. Please let me know if you found the feeling in my fingertips... because I lost it. Plus side - the Syp chugged along for 6 lonely months sampling 31 (?!) atmospheric rivers over the Sierras. See you in a year Syp, you know what to do.
