There are people who get knocked off their feet and get back up. Then there are people who get up and teach people how not to get knocked off their feet.

People are going to do what takes care of themselves so be sure to put yourself at the top of your priority list.

A good mindset to adopt is that most times, most people are doing their BEST, even if its being difficult or being wicked. So accept that that is the case and take action to care for yourself.
