On Monday, my friend and boss, OC @censcotwing presented me with my Cadet Forces Medal recognising 12 years of service to the RAF Air Cadets. After the countless weeks away from my loved ones, I now have something to hand my son when he's older and say "Daddy earned that" Proud.
