Well done to everyone who has now completed their expedition element of their Bronze DofE! A big shout out also goes to those who this was their last part to complete the whole award 👏👏.

And that’s the Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) expedition season come to a close for us…with 25 more cadets completing their Bronze DofE expedition ✅ . This involved them navigating their way around the Pentlands, making their own meals and camping in between ⛺️ ⛰️ 1/2

🎶Hear from the Choir at this year’s Scotland & Northern Ireland Eagle Camp 🎶 . Well done to everyone who achieved their Sliver Music award for their involvement in the Regional Choir 👏👏

Congratulations also goes to WO Mitchell who was presented with his Cadet Forces Warrant by Wg Cdr Kyle. WO Mitchell has achieved the highest possible rank in the NCO cadre so this is a great sentiment of this achievement. #TeamCentralWing #WhatWeDo 3/3.

This is an outstanding achievement and something that a uniformed Cadet Forces Adult Volunteer (CFAV) becomes eligible for after 12 years of service to RAFAC. 2/3.

A great day for cadets in #TeamCentralWing today for those selected to take part for the first time doing Arms Drill training. This was also this first time for the Wing running its own Arms Drill training which was a success 1/2

It was great to have over 100 Central Scotland Wing cadets and staff recently attend the National Museum of Flight at East Fortune Airfield. The day included an intense programme of tours, workshops and aviation activities. This was in a range of areas including STEM, cyber1/3

Recently Central Scotland Wing Fieldcraft Training Team delivered a fieldcraft consolidation exercise for experienced cadets in the Wing. Cadets developed their movement in the field, selecting routes across country, night training skills, fire control orders and so much more1/2
