Call me naive if you like but in my view there’s zero possibility of Mr Edwards giving the money back? Can’t help thinking it’s a smokescreen to avoid anyone looking ‘too’ closely at why they avoided giving it him in the first place? Give it back, Huw… https://t.co/t7fLPD8whO

@whhvolunteers : Good to chat to two of our amazing volunteers helping out in a very busy emergency department this morning. They do a great job in trying their hardest to make the patient experience the best it can possibly be despite enormous challenges. Thank you. 🙏

Full day today @WHHNHS …great visit to theatres at Halton, then an amazing and humbling patient story before two board meetings and a third meeting with NED colleagues. In the words of Peter Kay, ‘I’ll sleep tonight…’ Great day though 👏🏻

I always loved the bit in Gavin and Stacey where John Prescott arrives at Ness and Dave’s wedding.

Today we lost the legend of the UK and global fire service. Paul Grimwood has been a great author, mentor and educator. He was always on hand to answer questions and explain scientific concepts. He transformed the UK fire service and we will continue this work in his memory. RIP
