Great to see this program is expanding, and it's very interesting to note there are penalties for apartment buildings that do not provide composting services for their residents (we hope the penalties are large enough to be a deterrent) https://t.co/0EAZXA7oWl via @gothamist

This is a shortsighted plan that will increase the use of incinerators for trash disposal, cementing pollution in our trash disposal plan. @GovKathyHochul reject these requests! #wastetoenergy

.@BrianLehrer q for Latimer- in Congress what will he do about expired Title V Air permits the EPA is allowing the NYSDEC to leave expired? Like Westchester County's trash incinerator in Peekskill that expired in 2021. Pollution is harming health of Westchester county residents

From @NYCMayor to Comptroller, everyone concerned about affordability wants #NYHEAT. But @CarlHeastie couldn't care less about affordability; he's more interested in protecting a handful of WNY @NYSA_Majority members from National Fuel Gas' wrath.
If you care about the future of our planet, one good guide is: “What would @ayanaeliza do?!” Today, the answer is: Pass the #NYHEAT Act.
