I’ve had a lot of players reaching out wanting a few at home workouts. Being stuck inside is no reason to not get better and be working on your athletic foundation. These workouts can be done with your body weight around the home.

I had a local coach reach out for some quick efficient workouts for her players to do. I call this the Kobe 24 workout. It’s a 24 min workout honoring the legend. You could also add a minute & call it the Magic Johnson/Shaquille O’Neal workout, etc... Be creative & get to work!

Recruits will celebrate an offer from & commit to a 4-26 D1 team, like it’s a UK or Duke offer simply cause its D1 but will not even mention a full ride D2 offer to a 22-6 school that has better resources and support all around.
