So, knives cutting raw to medium raw meat should be handle-up, but a fork that ate broccoli and rice MUST be forks up?.
@VolRumorMill Service end up so it gets cleaned properly. Steak knives are the only exception, bc they can cut your hands. 💯.

Service end down, so you aren’t grabbing a knife by the blade. Why would I touch the clean serving end of a utensil with my bare hands?.
Ok let’s help them out. Which way does the fork go into the dishwasher? Tines up or down?
