- Saute onion in butter, mix in flour, then add remaining ingredients and heat, stirring continuously until the sauce has thickened. - Serve sauce inside pancakes - we also added pecan nuts - Eat with green salad 🥗 Thank you @Virtualcheeseaw for donating delicious cheese

👑Marvellous Montgomery Mature Traditional Cheddar. 👑 The Best British cheese which beat of 250 other British cheeses to be crowned the best. This cheese wowed the judges with its sweet, savoury, nutty and caramel notes creating a complex depth of flavour.
