They were tests of mission capability, wc assumes the jet is available for the mission: for F-35 it's 33%, Gripen 87%. Cost & maintenance favors Gripen. An F-35 grounded is worthless for a mission. What about the F-15EX? That's my choice for the RCAF.

Classic zero-sum thinking. For the young to gain, the boomers have to move down. Note: "established neighborhoods." The thought that new neighborhood might be established never occurs to David as a solution. Marxist thinking, giving in to enviro wackos.

What would actually unlock more family sized housing in established neighbourhoods? Giving Boomers real options to move down the ladder with dignity and choice. More in my piece: https://t.co/ngFQgPpv5f

Why is @MarkJCarney for all his lies & failures still popular? I can only guess, by default: out of fear & loathing of @PierrePoilievre promoted by the MSM & Liaral tools on social media. (Fascist! Far-right! Unlikable! Conservative! He'll undo all that Liberal social

Look at the housing stock in Hamilton of 1870-1940: working class neighborhoods of single family dwellings on private lots. No apts, no townhouses, no multiplexes. Working class had wives at home, man at a factory, & kids. Men would walk to work. What's wrong w/ today? Govt!

Why has housing affordability barely improved despite years of political focus? Because we have ignored the group with the most power to shape the system. My answer here: https://t.co/ngFQgPpv5f

Because environmentalist wackos have scared policy-makers out of permitting new home construction. Urban sprawl! Developers getting rich! Save the family farm! Green spaces! No more expressway construction! Etc.

I'm tired of this stupidity. The reason is simple, & has been documented by Thomas Sowell for nearly 50 years. Municipalities have to make UNLIMITED amts of land available for development. "Anti-sprawl", "save farms" "green space" are all excuses to stop building new surveys.
