In short, the justices, unanimously, put a finer point on what employers must do to establish 'undue hardship' in order to deny religious accommodations. It is shown "when a burden is substantial in the overall context of an employer’s business," as opposed to more than trivial.

Knicks-Heat got me reminiscing about the time in 1997 that teen me, to mom's chagrin, got booted from my sister's college grad for sneaking an AM/FM Walkman to listen to Game 7. And 5 guys followed me out to get updates in an Avery Fisher Hall stairwell. Good times; bad collapse!.
