Just made lunch for Kourtney and I (steak fajitas). I also just set the auto-reply for my out of office for the holiday to kick in at 5 PM. I'm ready for the long weekend!.

Anyway, the lady said that so many people declined the wedding invitation that the venue wouldn’t go forward. They lost the deposits and they got a wedding together hastily in the local courthouse. But the way her comment was written, everyone is sitting there like

…people to take what’s essentially an entire week off for a wedding in a different country and not even provide transportation details, hotel details, etc. In fact, knowing that this set of folks don’t really travel, I would have just saved Greece for the honeymoon instead!.

ALSO, this is expensive as hell! Kourtney and I had a destination wedding (we lived in Charleston at the time and got married in New Orleans) and we were still SO mindful of people’s finances and time and that was just a state-to-state wedding! I couldn’t imagine asking….

I showed this photo to Kourtney and she said:. “Wait, you went to Animal Kingdom today?! I thought you were still in Miami!”.

I’ve been to middle and high schools that have zoology programs before but this is the very first time I’ve ever been in a PK-12 school that basically had its own mini Animal Kingdom in the back, fit with a “Conservation Station” center. Extremely cool.

I might have gotten stuck in an elevator tonight BUT I get to go to a dear friend’s school tomorrow afternoon and I am super excited. (I am out of the elevator and back in my hotel room.).

Just crashed onto the hotel bed and now I never want to get up. …except I have some documents to work on tonight before I go to sleep.
