What can you cut out or quit? How can you bring in help and support so you don't have to carry it all? What can you say no to, to stop the build up? How can you reduce your own expectations to take the pressure off? Where can you make more space for yourself?

Sometimes it might all feel too much because it really is! You can't do or want it all. You are one person with limited time each day, with limited abilities and strengths, and limited space (physical and mental).
