@VerizonSupport Verizon support has to be the slowest at answering their support line. I'm waiting about an hr so far total on hold. I called 1800VERIZON and was instructed that the wait was 20 mins. I was given a choice of call back. I got a call back and still on hold 😠.

@VerizonSupport @verizon The WORST customer experience I have ever had. Tried to buy my first iPhone with Verizon, got the wrong phone sent, have been trying to get new phone for 6 weeks!!! Every day a different story—now they cancelled my order?!!! Beyond illegal! Demand help.

verizon 11 hours with customer serv on a $397.21 error & promised credit today I had one agent laugh at me and give me another number to call and it wasn’t even Verizon and another one hang up on me Please make this right @Verizon @VerizonSupport

@VerizonSupport I have 3 lines on my plan but I pay $75 for this same plan yall have at $65 and when I add my tablet that will be 4 lines and yall have it at $55 how do I, as a longtime customer get this pricing for my plan?
