We are in a funk in this country, more so than ever before. The question, though, is how do we restore some optimism? The University of Michigan has been collecting this data for a long time. Gray bars are recessions. Charts and breakouts in the link: https://t.co/v54M835pd6

If you are in a small grain co-op, consider morphing it into one specializing in providing sustainably grown grains to capture higher value. The transition is slow, but it is happening. Segregation is a value that a small co-op can provide. https://t.co/DstK6yD7vu

If you wish to weigh in on the new WOTUS rules, you have a few days left to do so. A discussion of what the current rules are and how we got here is included on this page and is worth reviewing, even if you don't want to make a comment. https://t.co/e0GwR0lLTb

John Deere got this video taken off our YouTube channel for two weeks. It took our lawyers reaching out to YouTube to get it back up. The video lays out how a handful of corporations took control of the entire agriculture industry, bankrupting farmers and screwing over America.

@DesireeAmerica4 Make this part of your car-buying research. Ask the dealer, “How many of these features are subscription?” When they give you a list, walk away, telling them, “I want to buy from a company that DOESNT charge subscriptions.” If enough ppl do this, they’ll drop this crap.

Say what you want about plastic clothes, but it takes a really remarkable invention to destroy the environment AND contribute to the destruction of human health AND destroy rural economies. Humans have worn cotton, wool, and leather since time immemorial, but why continue that
two weeks in new zealand was enough to turn me into a single issue voter and that single issue is ridding the earth of plastic ass clothes. the sheep population here has collapsed because sheep farmers aren’t making a living with the rise of polyester clothes. dumb and bad!!!

As we live near the ND border, I especially appreciate this NY Highway Patrol guy’s encouragement for road safety. Maybe a little cringe…

I'm pretty ticked. All my research work on PeaOla has come to naught as Brett-Young discontinues selling Clearfield canola in the US. And they won't let me buy it from a dealer in Canada and bring it across the the border either! :(

Maybe we should bring some of these children of war to the US to share their reality.
Today at the European Parliament, people couldn’t hold back tears as 11-year-old Roman Oleksiv described surviving russia’s July 14, 2022 strike on Vinnytsia. russia destroys children. Ukrainian kids are forced to inspire an indifferent world instead of simply living.

Ag Appropriations Committee member @SenJohnHoeven was basically bragging as much a few weeks ago when he said passing a new Farm Bill wasn’t that important because they had already fixed things in the OBBB. Read this and weep.

Do any of you know Sec. Bessent family who were "working the land?" Bessent owned as much as $25 million farmland in Burleigh, Kidder, Eddy, Benson and Wells Counties and earned Mr. Bessent as much as $1 million a year in rental income. Do you know anybody who bought the land?
