Just updated the "Comparing the Tax Cuts" blog post at https://t.co/YZL3jKgkRp. We've now published detailed "incidence analysis" (who wins and who loses) of six different #taxcuts being considered by #UtLeg and @GovCox this month, and we rank them by regressivity. #UtPol

We need to recognize that in practice, there is no “Utah Way.”...A worthy “Utah Way” would involve transparency, inclusive coalitions, integrity and prioritizing the needs of our most vulnerable community members. @utchildren #utpol

H.B. 359 Eviction Records Amendments just passed the Senate unanimously and is headed to the Governor for signing!!! This creates pathways for evictions to be expunged, leading to more stable housing for families and individuals.

Thousands of housing advocates are tuning into tonight's #SOTU! We are hoping that Pres. Biden will take his time to address the #StateofHousing. It's a perfect time to highlight how we will create & maintain quality, affordable, accessible homes for those w/ the lowest income.

NOW: @Utah_Housing and other advocates urge #utleg leaders to fund more affordable housing and homelessness initiatives. They want the full $228M proposed by @GovCox in his budget. They say the current amount in this year’s budget falls far short. #utpol #utleg @KUTV2News
