5/ In the RWA scene, you'll have your front runners that take shortcuts, but the real winners, in my opinion, will be the ones who did things slow and proper, built infrastructure for scale, and built it to last.

4/ They're simple reflections of the underlying asset, you don't own the stock, it doesn't require licenses, etc. That's all fine and dandy, but the real meat; the institutions, do want that proper infrastructure, legal framework, accountability in place before they touch it.

3/ These products can be shipped fast, because in a lot of cases they don't neccessarily require heavy legal frameworks / infrastructure.

2/ A lot of players will do stuff like tokenized stock derivatives, perpetuals etc, because these are the low hanging fruit, the easy path to launching products, and getting ahead of "the market".
