With help of many people we gathered 18 fluorophores and looked at brightness in hyphae and spores - GFP and RFP move aside, here’s mGreenlantern and mScarlet3 - also we got blue FPs inspired by the good work of @joachimgoedhart

Latest work from our group @bromleymichael Thanks to many people involved and all collaborators
Our latest work is out in @NatureComms !!🚨🚨 This has been about 10 years in the making Some highlights: ➡️Genome wide generation of protein kinase mutants ➡️Development of Bar-seq in vitro and in vivo ➡️Target gene (YakA) and showing it is druggable https://t.co/zsLxUX74Pm
