With help of many people we gathered 18 fluorophores and looked at brightness in hyphae and spores - GFP and RFP move aside, here’s mGreenlantern and mScarlet3 - also we got blue FPs inspired by the good work of @joachimgoedhart

We have a 4-year funded MRC Microbes, Microbiomes, and Bioinformatics DTP project to identify targets to overcome drug-resistant fungal skin infections 🍄 The MMB DTP includes extensive expert training in microbial bioinformatics and molecular microbiology. Project below 👇
