And this is one reason our members have just returned an overwhelming vote in support of strike action.

This is the 3rd time in less than 18 months that members have voted to strike. It’s only when we have taken or threatened serious strike action that we’ve moved the employer a step closer to resolving issues. We sincerely hope that further strike action isn't necessary this time.

It’s in everyone’s interest that our employer resolves matters with us as soon as possible, so we hope they will now meaningfully return to the negotiating table. Trade union employers should be a benchmark for good employment practices - let’s make this a reality.

The dysfunction within our workplace is having a terrible impact on our members. Sadly, it is also affecting our ability to properly support UCU members who face profound crises within their sectors. We want to again thank @ucu members for their solidarity.

🚨Ballot results are in🚨. Our members have today overwhelmingly voted YES in our Campaign for a Safe and Professional Workplace Culture industrial action reballot. 75% of members voted to strike & 82% for ASOS on a 69% turnout #ReclaimUCU.

After our employer refused to pause their restructure until the agreed Organisational Review is complete, we produced a critique of their plans based on members’ feedback. This includes initial analysis of the impact on delivery of support for UCU members.
