The young people seeking asylum in our Youth Support Groups had an amazing time at @NHM_London ! These free spaces offer a vital resource for those housed in temporary accommodation, and we look forward to introducing the young people on our programmes to more free opportunities!

This week, with the support of @zsllondonzoo, we have been able to take over 100 families seeking asylum to experience London Zoo. For families stuck in temporary accommodation, outdoor activities and experiences like this are extremely limited.

It has been a great pleasure to work alongside the Protection Approaches team and with the other partners, and we look forward to strengthening partnerships that will improve hate crime support for those most vulnerable. @MayorofLondon.

On Monday, we attended @IBVprev 's Hate Crime Capacity Building Conference with @MOPACLdn and Deputy Mayor @SophieKLinden. Thanks to Protection Approaches, we have been able to train our staff and mentors in hate crime response, improve our advocacy, and update our procedures.
This week we held a conference that brought together our Hate Crime Community Outreach and Resilience Project partners 🖇️. It was a day of reflection on & celebration of their achievements & our ongoing work supporting community-based partners toward preventing hate crime 🤝. 🧵

Amanda describes her as "such a star in my eyes! She's worked so hard and been diligent in her studies, executed her plans, explored exercise and mindfulness and is going on to Higher education. She will continue to do amazingly well in all her next steps.".
