PlayStation State of Play last night was aight. 007 and Silent Hill F were the most interesting to me. Tides of Tomorrow and Sea of Remnants also looked cool but I want to see more. But that Baby Steps game, now that is a game I need to play asap. Looks goofy as hell.

Ellie is the root of the problem, and it’s not necessarily Bella Ramsey’s fault. She’s done a great job with some of the serious moments, but the silly moments with Dina and all of episode 4 was so bad that it ruined any thought of Ellie being this badass revenge driven monster.

Also rumors of a S4? I thought splitting the 2nd game into two seasons was actually smart since it can take its time telling all the flashbacks and backstories of the new characters, but splitting the 2nd half of the 2nd game into 2 seasons feels like a money grab.

Ok I really enjoyed TLOU season 1 and thought it was well made, including all the additions that weren’t in the game. Season 2 is just so inconsistent in tone. There’s some great moments, and then some really really bad ones. It’s all over the place and idk if S3 can fix it.

Overall, I think an 85 is the perfect rating. Definitely worth the game pass subscription and the time. Had a lot of fun, probably won’t play again as much like I did the first two in the trilogy, but still a very good arcadey style shooter. Long live DOOM.

- The dragon moments were actually pretty fun.- The mech stuff was cheesy imo but the final mech fight made it kinda worth it.- Best weapons: SS, Cycler, Chainshot, Pulverizer.- Worst weapons - the launchers, spike guns.
