@RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva @RailwaySeva already replied,got a generic reply from a bot . The train is now running late by 1hour 40 min , haulting at station more than the time alloted for stoppage . It is very urgent for this Rajdhani train to reach jhansi on time.

Hi @RailMinIndia @indianrailways @RailwaySeva .Train no : 02575.Coach : B6.Seat 72, closing Door is loosely attach to the bracket and stays open if someone passes by and doesn't close it. Is there any way to fix the spring so that it gets automatically closed pls !.
