So unless ESPN is showing the match on their main network, fans have to buy ESPN Unlimited to watch any of the three biggest courts (John Cain, Margaret Court and Rod Laver) at the Australian Open. @espn screw you No wonder no one in America watches tennis… too damn hard to

ESPN+ wasn’t enough for ESPN? They had to add another freaking paywall in ESPN Unlimited seriously? Disney is the most corrupt company of all time…. Simply unreal the level of greed here. To watch Kecmanovic-Etcheverry you need ESPN+, for Fery-Cobolli it’s espn unlimited…

Sinner consolidates the break and fights off 3 break points to hold for 3-1 in the second set. Shelton had 2nd serve return chances on 2/3 points and committed horrible errors on both…. Honestly not sure if Ben gets a better opportunity than that one….

Unfortunately this matchup is going exactly how I thought it would be so far…. Just feels like there’s absolutely nothing Shelton can do to punish Sinner in the longer rallies man

Ben Shelton has lost the last 8 matches he’s played against Sinner since winning their first meeting and hasn’t won a set in that span… Ben looking to do the impossible tonight and knock out the 2 time defending champion. Tbh just hoping Ben gets a set today

Musetti’s level on hard courts is tremendous all of a sudden… all the variety he shows on clay but so much more power on display. Such an impressive performance against the GOAT today

Learner Tien falls 6-3 6-7(5) 6-1 7-6(3) to Alexander Zverev in the Australian Open Quarterfinals. Zverev hit 24 aces and his serve was absolutely ridiculous today. What a tournament from Learner Tien to reach his first (of many) career GS QF’s, showed a ton of fight late today

Such impressive fight from Learner Tien in this fourth set. Zverev will now serve to stay in it down 5-4* as Learner looks to force a decider

Zverev leads 2 sets to 1 101 total points won to 81 0-4 shots: Zverev leads 75-43 5-8 shots: Tien leads 24-15 9+ shots: Tien leads 14-11 Tough to get pts to neutral and extend rallies when Zverev is this locked in on serve (74% & 15 aces) playing clinical first strike tennis.

Learner Tien takes the second set 7-6(5) over Zverev after winning the last 4 points of the tiebreaker in brilliant fashion. Just an incredible set from young Learner (16 winners, 11 unforced errors) as he withstood 9 aces and Zverev serving at 80% to still take it!

Really big hold from Tien there after fighting off a break point as the American leads 5-4* late in the second. Feels like a must win set for Learner

Really slow start from Tien here as he trails Zverev 4-2 in the opener. Already 10 unforced errors for Tien (nearly as many as he had against Medvedev already) as he’s really struggling with Zverev’s big game atm.

Musetti was amazing today no doubt… but Fritz’s knee is clearly not at his best and he’s far from the player he normally is atm. Forehand and movement look severely limited from his normal level

Musetti breaks to start the 3rd. Won 16 of the last 17 points. Insane.

Crazy to think that at the 2021 AO there wasn’t a single American man seeded in the Top 2025, Fritz was the highest at 27. Now we have 4 and have American men in the last 7 Grand Slam Quarterfinals. Moving in the right direction

If Fritz can take this set it really does feel like he becomes the favorite. Musetti just played a 4:30 hour match and his legs will inevitably began to get heavy as we get deeper here. The longer this one goes, the better it is for Taylor imo

Taylor’s looking a bit better in the second set but man oh man that was a rough start. 9 winners to 17 unforced errors so far for Fritzy as he trails 6-2 2*-3

Medvedev has faced Djokovic, Nadal, Sinner, Alcaraz, and other major champions like Cilic & Thiem I don’t think he’s ever looked THIS LOST and this dominated in a match ever There was Alcaraz dominating him at Wimbledon 2023 and Cilic 2022 RG But not like Today vs Learner Tien
