Yeah, that will pretty much do it for me with college sports. This nonsense has gotten so out of control. How are fans supposed to have any passion or loyalty for a CFB team if the players and coaches obviously don't and it's an entirely new team every year? Pathetic.
NEWS: UNLV QB Anthony Colandrea intends to enter the NCAA transfer portal, he tells ESPN. He threw for 3,459 yards last year at UNLV and won Mountain West Player of the year. He accounted for 23 passing touchdowns and 10 rushing for the Rebels.

And by “people that follow me” he meant the several cops who mistook him for a vagrant and threatened to trespass him if he didn’t leave. #NewMexicoHOBOS
On campus of GCU and I already got approached by some people that follow me. Very welcoming. ##Golobos🐺 #MWC🏀

Another sneaky factor I think too is the demographics and the underlying cultural differences. The foundation of most student sections is a bunch of privileged middle to upper class white kids/frat guys that live on campus (see USU, GCU, Duke, etc.) UNLV just doesn’t have that.
Serious question, Why won't UNLV students come to the basketball games?? They get free tickets for gods sakes!!! If you can't even get the students to come to games how do you expect the general public too??

A foundation of Lawhorn, Jones, and Che would make for a very intriguing foundation heading into next season. This kind of continuity and growth used to make college basketball exciting. Unfortunately they will probably all transfer and we will have an entirely new team again.

This is disgusting. Top to bottom, UNLV is run by the biggest pack of morons you’ll find in higher education. Just totally incompetent buffoons. And the once great @UNLVRebellion seems to not even exist anymore. So pathetic.

There are too many pathetic things about #unlvmbb to count over the last 12 years, but this may be the most pathetic of them all. @ErickHarper you and your predecessors should be ashamed.
Grand Canyon busses in 500 students to Vegas, in the most impressive road trip of any Student Section of any school in the mountain west this season. Unreal stuff.

Are GCU students still like 95% homosexuals? Serious question. They came up for an exhibition like 15 years ago and they had a group of students come then as well, and literally every single one of them was homosexual.
Fan support for GCU is better than any other that’s been at the Mack in a while. Good thing they were added just to spite the PAC 5 and not to improve the quality of MWC basketball with the departures

NBA players are coming back to play in college, and players are getting paid millions of dollars and are free agents every offseason, and this dude thinks a team celebrating a once in a generation, statistically impossible comeback is what’s wrong with college basketball 🤡
This is what’s wrong with college basketball. An 11-11 team celebrating beating another mediocre team like they’ve won a championship.

It is time to face the uncomfortable truth, UNLV Basketball is dead. The Tark era is ancient history, even the respectable years of the late 2000’s feel so far off. You can change the coaches and the players but the results remain the same. Infuriating

Hold up. UNLV let Fresno score 18 points in 1:32? 12 POINTS IN 28 SECONDS?!?!
"Tough pill to swallow," said Josh Pastner reacting to the 98-96 loss against Fresno State. The UNLV coach pointed to several mistakes that he made down the stretch. The Rebels led 89-80 with 1:32 left. And 92-86 with 28 seconds remaining.

Lmao the “PAC 12 is a power conference” retards finally shut up, but New Mexico has entered the chat and is somehow even more retarded 😂
Man im stoked for year two of the @Coach_Eck era! New Mexico is a P4 school and with @RyanDBerryman at the helm, and Coach Eck leading the way, we can get there!

Didn’t bother wasting my time watching the game last night, but did we seriously have 5 guys foul out? Insane 😂

Weird: A guy who played professional basketball for 5 years is on UNLV Weirder: He is one of the worst players on a team that’s 10-11 and in an abysmal conference.
Walter Brown calls Runnin’ Rebels legend Mark Dickel his mentor ⭐️🏀 Brown brings 5 years of playing professionally in New Zealand & Australia to Las Vegas. WATCH: https://t.co/vwIKdiCYdn

Yea… those faces basically sum up UNLV fans the past decade. Nothing but disappointment
UNM posted a picture of Lobo fans celebrating behind the team bench in the second half of Tuesday's blowout. It's really, really hard, but can you guys which people sitting in the visiting fans section are actually UNLV fans? (Just to help you out, I posted the answers)

This has been the case for a dozen years. Every year we field a team of complete idiots. And the worst part? The most talented players tend to be the biggest tards.
@vegasrebel19 He's the same as every other player on the team. Who was the talent evaluator when recruiting? They are horribly coached and unathletic! Can't run an offensive set! Foul uncontrollably! This team and basketball program is officially irrelevant.

Sir, if you are really a sports bettor like your bio says and you think UNLV basketball is a solid team, I beg of you to stop sports betting immediately for your own good. I don’t want to see you lose everything.
@KevinJanison Fans will always come back if the team is good. I see them actually solid this year, a surprising solid so I can’t believe there’s 0 fans upper deck and the bottom not full.

The Thomas & Mack is the toughest place to play in America… for the Rebels that is…
This past weekend, the Seahawks improved to 4-0 all-time in the NFC Championship, with all four games taking place at Lumen Field in Seattle. Did Sunday's playoff win over the Rams solidify Lumen Field as the toughest place to play in North America? 👀

Honestly, I feel like we would be in the exact same spot. This program is cursed. Look at how piss poor Otzelberger did here. Look at all the players that thrive elsewhere. There’s an inescapable dark cloud over this program. No matter what, we suck.
@jasonkredline Just think where we'd be right now if Eric Olen was coaching the Running Rebels.
