(4/4) The idea of passing a Millionaire Surcharge but EXEMPTING all sorts of passive income (the exact kinds of income that Millionaires HAVE!) is like setting a speed limit but exempting cars, motorcycles, and trucks. They must pass the Tax without loopholes. #TaxBillionaires
