Had a successful day at our annual Earth Science Fair with @UConngeoscience! @hu_shixiong and Hamida taught visitors about climate modeling, @MG_Albright ran the Make-Your-Own-Fossil table, and Noah helped out in the Geomorphology lab! Highlight of the day: trashcan volcano 🌋

Awesome paper! On the model side we also see late Pleistocene ACC acceleration during interglacial conditions, especially when the WAIS collapses.
The Antarctic Circumpolar Current speeds up as the world warms. Check out our new @Nature paper tracing its dynamics over the past 5 million years & what it means for Antarctics's past&future. Shoutout to #Exp383 team @LamontEarth @columbiaclimate @TheJR
