Emails with the word “newsletter” in the subject line get an 18.7% lower open rate. đŸ˜± Here’s the truth: Customers are NOT interested in your company updates. Of course, you can (and should!) send nurture emails to your customers – but calling it a newsletter is a bad idea. ❌

 Think about a recent item you bought. How many times did you hear about it before you made the purchase? It was probably more than once! So don’t be discouraged when your customers need to hear about your product multiple times before they buy.
