For the second week in a row the pregame flyover experienced some sort of issue. An OKANG At8 zoro 91 pulled off and exited west before reaching the stadium. Last week the C17 flyover was cancled due to low ceilings.

Wet leaves and pine needles are very good reflectors and often lofted by much weaker winds (arguably non tornadic). The bulk stats in tds data show they are much more likely to occur this time of year despite very weak VROTs. If they are even tors they have minimal risk.

In the weather world model huggers are generally not good at forecasting.
Alabama's power rating went UP after yesterday. Oklahoma's went down. They doubled up OU in yardage. Turnovers are largely random. If they played that game again next weekend Bama would be favored by more than it was. That's what the models see

My hot take: all it took was one AMS presentation making the case that the EF5 “drought” was more a product of the rating system than organic in nature. Maybe it’s time a few past ratings get a second look too.

Special teams played lights out. A++ all around. Defense played well but the young guys made some mistakes. Solid A. Offense has to get better even against a kicked around Texas.

The offense gets a D for that performance. O-Line an F-. VERY displeased with the protection. Recievers played okay but had some drops and Hawkins has got to be more consistent. Ott looked better but we still have nothing resembling an interior run game outside of QB power
