The Israeli occupation destroys the central archive of #Gaza municipality, executing thousands of historical documents, and deliberately razing all life forms; erasing the city and its #history. It is worth noting that the archive holds #documents more than a hundred years old.

If you want graduates to be "high earners" then pay high wages across all sectors. If you want students to be debt-free then abolish tuition fees in HE. Let students decide what they want to study. "Free market" of ideas and all that, right?

Not only should @ucu vocally oppose increased visa fees, but also add to its list of demands that all unis commit to reimbursing all visa costs for all international workers including PhDs on Tier 4 visas. It's a scandal that this is not standard practice in the sector.

Have always raged about the flippant attitude that US/UK/Schengen nations have towards retaining/handling our passports but this is just next level evil. Apply for a new passport before fleeing for your life!?!?
