The past week has been a lot! I have been promoted to Head of Geography next year. My excellent trainee has accepted a permanent teaching role for September, and today she absolutely smashed the meeting and observed lesson with her pathway tutor visit. #girlpower.

I led on a small section of whole school INSET today. It was scary as hell but I recieved some good feedback from my colleagues and I'm glad I made myself do it. Won't be rushing to do it again though. I like my sleep thank you very much! #todayiwasbrave.
