So many children start puberty before they leave primary school, it’s important that they are educated and supported to understand what’s happening to them.
Through collaboration with parents, we can develop an approach that works for all pupils.
I do not want primary school children full stop to have sex education. Nor do I want children to be taught about changing gender. We need to protect their innocence and childhood.
