It’s not that deep tbh. She’s a small town girl. She grew up in Nagpur in the 80s when the town had absolutely nothing. Now that she’s married to one of the most powerful man in MH, her exposure to new world has its effects. Happened to ~70% of classmates I knew growing up.
She does this on purpose and I can't figure out why for the life of me. Maybe she's being misguided by her friends.
