Before and after video of the bedbar. Had a .020 smile to it, but my Ideal 6000 got it back in spec. Just to verify, I put it on the surface plate and confirmed that the smile was gone and the bar was ground within .001 of its pivot bolts.

Life just got easier maintaining cutting unit squareness at The JIC thanks to @JPsTurf front roller brackets. Only took a few minutes to use them to align the side plates and then dial in the front roller alignment to the reel. No more headaches with the OEM eccentric’s.
