My favorite day of the year. Empty the shop clean the floors and get all equipment back to showroom floor quality. Smell of soap and wax is the best. Guys are knocking it out today

It’s a great morning after a run to metal store. These 2 have taken ownership of any fabricating. I’ve put my welding helmet in my desk drawer obviously It’s only for looks now. Can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves.

Beautiful morning for mowing grass. Finally starting to feel like fall in south Florida

Gave my guys an idea and they ran with it. Repurposed buffalo blower carrier. Now self contained sprayer so we don’t have to remove sprayers from back of carts every day. Just park and hook up battery tender to it. They’re the best in the business

After saving up and being patient I finally got the smoker I’ve been wanting. Gently used but pretty as ever. Can’t wait to fire it up in the morning to play around with it. Like a kid at Christmas. Turf life and bbq life kind of go hand in hand.

Very happy with the transformation we got in one of our storage areas. More efficient and easily assessable. My assistants are ready for season so I quit thinking about enhancement projects

It can’t always be work work work. Spending a few days with the BBQ boys cooking in Elkhart Indiana for the Thor industries rv show. 3 days feeding 1500-2500 people a day. Brisket ribs and chicken on the menu this week.

The presents keep coming

This morning on my way to work I saw this truck and was like good things are headed our way and as it followed me off the exit I got so excited. 8 of our new 3360 tri flexes showed up. It’s been like waiting for Christmas but they are here now

Helping make our maintenance easier. All of our equipment now has a QR code that’s accessible to our techs and operators. Gives our techs all the parts manuals and operators manuals at a simple click. Still have a few bugs but it is nice having everything in your hand.

Never know who you’ll get to meet at a nascar event. Tj is the director of grounds at The Daytona international speedway. Grounds are immaculate for the small crew he runs everyday. Can’t wait to come visit and see more of his operation.

This week summed up. Got a new progressive rough mower, it is a work horse and fast. Our new lockable chainsaw cabinet has been set up. Last but not least we have finally worked out most of the kinks on our new fairway mowers, thanks to those who have answered my calls.

Happy taco day for the guys today. Mrs sandy helped me man the black stone. Great week of closure for the course getting a ton done.

A lot of moving parts this time of year. Happy we got our 2 new tractors in to make the process easier. 9 more weeks of all the fun activities.

Will told me after Wednesday I’m no longer allowed to get bored in the shop. 5 hours of moving everything cleaning and going through shelves. We are trying different set ups to be more efficient while grinding and utilize our chain hoist instead of lifting reels, simplify it

We have functional space now. Removed the last of equipment from the shop floor. No more piles of reels and 2 grinders that weren’t being used. Floor space is like gold gotta take as much as you can get
