The PTO I had rolled over from last year and built up this year and replaced it with a straight 80 hours for the year. I've been there a decade and I'm getting fleeced like this. I'm going to be requesting the 80 hours the old owner owes me in cash.

Up until 1 month ago I was get 14 hours of PTO a month for a total of 168 hours for the year with the ability to roll over 120 of those hours. The owner of the store I work at sold the business to a big name and said nothing would change. they took away earning PTO along with.
