Going into day 6 and still no resolution on this! IStore are blaming @MTNza MTN say it’s the store and no one seems to care to actually find out what is going on or try to resolve the issue!
Hi @MTNza I applied for a new contract @mrmikeistore Sandton on Friday I’m told 4 days later the system is still unable to finalise my application? Why? I want to cancel &take my business elsewhere they say I can’t cancel either? Why?? This is honestly ridiculous!

Thank you @Momentum_za for making a really stressful situation easier! I won’t mention how when I got there it took 2 hours to get into the flat because my mom had borrowed my spare key for her place and not given it back, that’s a story for another day! But got in eventually

She didn’t realise how bad it was but when I eventually got there we knew we couldn’t move her and needed an ambulance. Called @Momentum_za and they were amazing! Sent her an ambulance, took her to hospital and are covering her surgery for her broken femur! So impressed!

I have to say I’m so impressed with @Momentum_za my mom has their medical insurance product Health4Me, it’s very basic she gets basic drs, dentist, day to day cover etc. But yesterday she was making her bed, slipped in her sheet and fell hard bashing into her rebounder trampoline
