the open ai disney saga is the biggest event of 2025 easily. huge signal.
This got lost in all the other news, but as part of the deal Disney also received warrants to buy more shares of OpenAI at current valuation. So, OpenAI and Disney may potentially be even more deeply intertwined in the future. Reporting by WSJ.
