I wanted to address this post from @jswihart and some of his replies to comments in that thread. First off, thanks for sharing your personal view on Crosslink, Josh. Good-faith debate is how Zcash improves, and we appreciate everyone who engages on the merits of an argument
While I appreciate the ideas and people behind Crosslink and ZSAs, I don’t believe either is right for Zcash. The protocol and ZEC are elegant in their simplicity of use cases as an encrypted store of value and medium of exchange. There is no need to add complexity.

@InfoLiberland But hopefully not to Zcash! Because of our proposals at Shielded Labs to deploy the Network Sustainability Mechanism and Crosslink, which can make Zcash sustainable and lock in the cap of only 21M ZEC ever.
